I needed a new barber when I moved to the area about 4 years ago, and I’m glad I found Aman at Hi Def. I always get a high taper fade and he gets it right every single time. Finally found the perfect barbershop ! After countless trips from San Jose to Redwood City and across the bay came up empty looking for a decent barbershop. Then finally I got to meet Christian and the crew at Hi-Definition Barbershop. Christian is patient to talk to his clients to understand what style and service they are looking for, he is skilled to take on a different style cuts and beard trims. If you’re looking for someone to get you right, Aman’s your man. I’ve been getting my hair cut by Aman for a couple of months now and I’ve gotten a perfect cut every time. It’s always a nerve racking experience trying to find a new barber, but Hi-Definition barbershop made it easy for me to find one. I reached out to them prior to showing up, and they introduced me to Aman. I messaged Aman on IG and explained to him I was in the market for a new barber and what kind of hairstyle I was going for. Aman was great at listening to my needs and even suggested what would work for my hairstyle based on my features. I scheduled an appointment and went to meet with Aman. He’s such a chill and friendly guy and made the whole process of transitioning to a new barber as smoothly as possible. Aman really took the time to cut my hair properly and it didn’t seem rushed at all. Once he finished cutting my hair, I knew he was the right fit for me. Aside from being a talent barber, Aman is really flexible with his schedule. He even showed up early for a couple of my appointments to make it work for me. This Barbershop is located in a very calming area, I enjoyed the atmosphere, cool, calm, they offer you water, every barber has their own unique station where they cut, which is pretty cool. Cris G, was very professional and gave me good feedback on what I wanted exactly. He was very confident in his skills, I’ve been to other barbers in the past who had been hesitant, they would honestly make me feel like they didn’t know what they were doing, but not Cris. I was looking for a new barber a couple years ago and came across Aman. He gave me the nicest haircut with beard trim and I’ve been going to him ever since. Very professional and attentive. He now cuts my son’s hair too, my son loves to go to the barber shop with me, it’s cool in there with a great vibe and he is always asking to come back. I now regularly see Cris G who is amazing. A hard-working young man with an old soul. Aman is incredible at figuring out what works and what doesn’t for my wavy hair. He always works with me to find the right style and is very patient with my unruly hair. Christian is the best! I’ve been seeing him for almost two years now and can confidently say he’s one of the most meticulous and skilled barbers I’ve ever had. I get mostly scissor cuts, which can be more hit or miss than clippers IMO, but he’s always SUPER consistent. Truly a master of his craft - I live in SF and make the trip to WC just to see him.
